Unit 2: Linear Equations:
0. Write a paragraph describing in your own words what this unit was about and what you learned.
In this unit we learned how to find the slope in a
line, to gragh points, learned what a parallel and perpendicular line slopes and
learn how to use y=mx+b

1. Graphing points and lines? How do you do it?
When you go to graph a point you have to take the
y-intercept and out it on the y axis. Then you have to take the (x) in the
equation, which is most of the time a fraction and that you have to rise over
run. For an example if the (x) was 4/8, you would rise it up four and go to the
right six times. If it is negitive, then you would go down then
over

2. What is a slope? Slope formula and rise over run, describe it and give an example.
The slope in the line is the rise over run in a
graphing promblem. Rise over run is basically what you have to have before you
can fully get the right line in the graph.
